pick three. order matters — the first one leads.
the gist: you and the computer each pick a team of 3 puppets. they take turns bonking each other. knock out all three of theirs and you win.
pick any 3 cards. the first one you pick leads — it starts in the fight. the other two wait on the bench.
every card is a puppet with:
on your turn you do ONE thing:
rock-paper-scissors, but with 8 types. if your element beats theirs, you hit 50% harder; if it loses, you hit softer. you don't need to memorize any of it — the game tells you: ADVANTAGED = good for you, DISADVANTAGED = bad. the colored badges are there so you can see who's what at a glance.
who beats whom, at a glance. arrows point from the winner to the loser — each pair beats both members of the next pair clockwise. hover a badge to see its two wins and two losses.
every puppet has exactly one trick — it's written on the card. some steal energy, some dodge a hit, some heal, one just refuses to die the first time. small tricks, not superpowers.
when a puppet's HP hits zero it's knocked out, and you send in the next one. last team with a puppet standing wins. a match takes about five minutes.
